Inktober 2025

Marker, ink, and oil pastel on kraft paper. Working on Kraft paper allows me to take more risks and not be precious about the materials exploring different ideas.

Some of the ideas I explored during Inktober 2025: folds, light and shadow, and simplified abstract landscapes. I pulled color palettes for the Folds + Colors pieces from photos of mine with strong chiaroscuro contrast.
